At Menzies Aviation Macau, developing the next generation of aviation professionals is an important part of our commitment to the industry. We were pleased to welcome teachers and students from the Civil Aviation University of China for our 2026 Summer Study Tour, featuring facility visits and industry-sharing sessions. During the programme, participants gained firsthand insights into air cargo operations, smart technologies, and frontline ground handling services, while exploring how aviation knowledge is applied in a real operational environment.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to connect classroom learning with industry practice and foster meaningful engagement with future aviation talent. Through open discussions with our management and operational teams, students gained a deeper understanding of career pathways and opportunities within the aviation sector. We remain committed to supporting talent development through study tours, internships, and industry-academia collaboration, helping inspire and prepare the next generation of aviation professionals.
