Driven by this commitment, we have implemented a range of initiatives that have delivered measurable environmental benefits, including a 14% year-on-year reduction in paper consumption through digitalisation and a company-wide paper-light culture, the full transition to LED lighting across our office facilities to improve energy efficiency, and an increase in our Ground Support Equipment electrification rate to 26% by 2025, helping reduce carbon emissions and operational noise. We have also strengthened our circular economy efforts through the refurbishment of operational support equipment and the recycling of used uniforms to minimise waste and maximise resource utilisation.
