In her welcome speech, Ms. Anabela Barros noted aviation’s future lies in electric, connected and sustainable development. Seven exhibitors – Guangtai, GUANGDA, Yutong, CIMC, On Fortune, Guinault and BYD – showcased green tech. Keynotes featured Mr. Jiangan Chen (Weihai Guangtai) on ground equipment electrification; Mr. Vincent Xu (Yutong) on electrified equipment advantages; and Mr. Dongsheng Yang (CIMC Tianda) on electrification and intelligentization trends.

Panel discussion, chaired by Ms. Anabela Barros and Mr. Jacky Xie (Operations Director), focused on "Exploring Green Transformation Paths for Macao Airport Ground Equipment" and "Key Challenges in Fuel-to-Electric Vehicle Transition for Ground Services". Guests discussed electrification/intelligentization paths, addressing charging infrastructure, battery safety, costs and efficiency.

Concluding the event, Mr. Alex Willis hailed the forum’s success, noting Macau’s unique global aviation hub status benefits green initiatives. He stressed industry collaboration as key to growth, adding partners can use Menzies’ global scale and local expertise for Macau-tailored solutions, then joined Ms. Anabela Barros in presenting awards to On Fortune, Guinault, BYD, Yutong, CIMC, Guangtai and GUANGDA.

The forum advanced green aviation consensus. Menzies Aviation Macau will deepen partnerships, integrating electrification and smart systems into airport expansion, aiming for a replicable Macau model of greener, safer, more efficient aviation.
