Through the launch of the Safety Angel Program, we’ve embraced a “safety first” mindset, transforming awareness into action across all departments. Our Safety Angels lead by example, bridging communication between teams and the Safety & Security Department, while proactively inspecting operations like tarmac handling and passenger services to ensure top-tier compliance. Their expertise helps us refine procedures and elevate aviation safety standards for everyone on the ground and in the air. 

We recently celebrated the successful completion of our first Safety Angels Mastery Qualification Training—a milestone achievement for 12 dedicated colleagues who passed rigorous assessments and are now ready to guide, innovate, and champion safety initiatives. Management joined the ceremony to award certificates and share inspiring stories of hazard detection, collaboration, and innovation. These frontline leaders are shaping a safer, more harmonious workplace by assessing risks, refining practices, and minimizing incidents. Together, we’re building a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.
