This comprehensive program combined theoretical learning with hands-on practical experience. During the theoretical sessions, Mr. Louis Liu, Quality Assurance Manager at Menzies Aviation Macau, Irene Jiang, Safety & Security Compliance Officer, Safety Angel Guan Zhuobin, and Air Macau representatives delivered in-depth classes. They covered crucial topics such as passenger safety, flight safety quality control, safety management, and the development of a robust safety culture, ensuring students grasped the importance of safety in aviation.

In the practical sessions, Mr. Terence Ng, Sustainability and Development Manager at Menzies Aviation Macau, guided students through real-world scenarios. He demonstrated the entire air freight logistics process, from cargo receipt and inspection to loading, transportation, and unloading. Mr. Ng also highlighted the security procedures involved, showcasing how Menzies Aviation Macau maintains cargo safety through advanced technology and stringent management practices.
