Recently, Menzies Aviation Macau participated in the "2025 Macau Dangerous Goods Supply Chain Seminar" organized by the Macau Air Freight Forwarding ( Logistics ) Association. The attendees included Mr. Terence Ng, Sustainability and Development Manager; Mr. Louis Liu, Quality Assurance Manager; Ms. Winnie Lu, Safety and Security Manager; Mr. Tony, Cargo Contoller; and Ms. Emily, OCC Supervisor. The seminar focused on in-depth discussions regarding the crucial roles and responsibilities of Macau's air trade supply chain and logistics service providers in handling, storing, and transporting dangerous goods within Macau and the Greater Bay Area.

 

Additionally, the meeting addressed specific measures to tackle potential lithium battery handling issues in the Greater Bay Area supply chain. Last year, Menzies Aviation Macau was awarded the CEIV Lithium Batteries Certification by IATA. During this seminar, Menzies Aviation Macau further accumulated practical experience in the field of lithium battery transportation, providing valuable references for our work. Our colleagues gained valuable industry insights at the seminar. Through in-depth exchanges with logistics peers, we acquired precious industry experience and gained a comprehensive understanding of the latest industry information from multiple perspectives.
