Recently, Leong Hoi In (Director of LCC), Hun Kun Hang, and Chen Yaoxing from Menzies Aviation Macau's LCC department traveled to Turkey to participate in the Load Master training hosted by Turkish Airlines. The Load Master is a crucial role that encompasses various skills and responsibilities. The training program was rich and diverse, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical operations. The theoretical courses demonstrated how precise calculations and rational cargo loading can ensure the safety and stability of aircraft during flight. In the practical courses, participants experienced the work of a Load Master on the apron at Istanbul Airport and ultimately mastered the skills for monitoring and maneuvering A330 freighter aircraft.
