In Q3 2024, the Menzies Aviation Macau operations team was rated “August Customer Satisfaction Regional First” by EVA Air for their outstanding performance. This recognition marks nearly 30 years of collaboration since EVA Air began its Macau route in 1995. Throughout this partnership, Menzies Aviation Macau has consistently provided high-quality, efficient, and professional ground handling services. EVA Air currently operates 21 weekly flights to and from Macau, utilizing Airbus A321, Airbus A332, and Boeing B789 aircraft.

This high rating is a testament to the close cooperation among team members. To celebrate this achievement, the operations team gathered for a meal, strengthening team cohesion and reinforcing their commitment to continuously improving service quality.
