Menzies Macau Celebrates Three New Routes

December 2018

December 2018 was a massive month for Menzies Macau (MFM), with the addition of three new routes, adding an impressive 12 total weekly flights for the station.

On 3 December, Menzies Macau team celebrated the opening of Jeju Air’s route to Daegu (TAE), the 4th-largest city in South Korea. Jeju is the first carrier to offer the MFM to TAE route, adding 5 flights per week to the station’s schedule.

Cebu Pacific opened a route between MFM and Cebu (CEB), with its first flight departed on 7 December. This added 4 weekly flights to its existing routes between MFM and two other destinations in the Philippines: Manila and Clark.

On 18 December, China Eastern Airlines launched their inaugural route between MFM and Kunming, China (KMG). China Eastern Airlines now offers 3 flights per week, and it’s the first carrier to offer this new destination from MFM.

Raymond Lo, Menzies Macau Managing Director, said: “We are so proud to finish 2018 on a high note with the addition of three new routes in just one month. Menzies Macau look forward to handling our ever-expanding portfolio of customers and routes, and is confident that this growth represents continuing success into 2019.”
