Menzies Aviation Macau proudly wrapped up its inaugural MORSE Week 2026, a week dedicated to strengthening safety fundamentals across our operations. We were honoured to welcome Ms. Anabela Barros, Managing Director of Menzies Aviation Macau, and Mr. Raymond Lo, CEO of Menzies CNAC, who shared their insights on core safety values and offered strategic guidance on safety management.

Throughout the week, teams reviewed real operational cases, fine-tuned safety practices, and streamlined workflows through practical learning and interactive games. We remain committed to strict SOP adherence, learning from experience, and pausing to assess risks in any emergency. The event also featured the GOMAD Award ceremony, celebrating five outstanding employees for their dedication to building a strong safety culture. This experience has sharpened our safety mindset, and moving forward, we will continue to master the fundamentals in our daily operations – laying a solid safety foundation for our people, our customers, and sustainable growth.
