Our Passenger Service Department consists of over 150 highly skilled agents using the most advanced computerized check-in systems.
Our employees are responsible for the following areas: Check-in, boarding and transfer of passengers. Provide special services such as, CIP/VIP-escort, attend to unaccompanied minors, wheelchair assistance and baggage services. We seek to continually improve and innovate the delivery of our services to ensure that the passengers receive an excellent travel service and expirence.
All our staff are fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin to meet our customer demand. Some staff speak a fourth language such as Japanese, French, Portuguese and other languages.
